Mystique Universal Sdn. Bhd. was established in 2006, in the prestigious mall: Starhill Gallery that is located in the Bukit Bintang area, Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. The company is a retailer of various worldwide renowned brands. Mystique Universal is composed of 5 stand-alone boutiques within Starhill Gallery. It specializes in high-end watch and jewelry brands as well as luxurious sound systems.

Within the prestigious jewelry brands, Mystique Universal retails: Boucheron (from Paris, France) and Carrera y Carrera (from Madrid, Spain). The watch division gathers Rado, N.O.A and Davidoff. We also run Steinway Lyngdorf, the ultimate name in luxury sound systems.

As part of our glorious history, Van Cleef & Arpels, Bulgari, Maurice Lacroix, Graham, Arnold & Son, Richard Mille and Roger Dubuis have now been handed over to their respective principals due to our success in growing the brands and bringing the business into profitability throughout the years. We bid farewell to our beloved brands with much pride and fondest memories, wishing them continual success. They are part of our corporate history and will always be in our patrimony.

All 5 brands gather approximately 30 employees. All staff members are highly skilled workers with a strong professional background. All boutiques are open 7 days a week from 10.00am to 10.00pm. The watch division is located in the Adorn level, above the jewelry division which is located on the Indulge Floor.

Since its establishment, the company’s focus is to introduce some of the most high-end brands to the Malaysian market. Since its creation Mystique Universal has kept on growing and adding new luxurious brands to its panel. One of the company’s particularities is that some of its boutiques are first-in-the-world flagship stores, such as Davidoff and Steinway Lyngdorf. Mystique Universal is a very exclusive company; the products it retails are unique and target very elitist customers.

Mystique Universal offers high standard personalized service. The company makes customer service one of its main objectives. Customer satisfaction is our main preoccupation since we wish to establish a strong and faithful customer-service relationship.
