Mother's Day with Carrera y Carrera

On 28th April 2011, Carrera y Carrera hosted a Mother's Day event at its boutique in Starhill Gallery, KL. The occasion paid tribute to all moms.

Guests were treated to a delectable afternoon tea while experiencing Carrera y Carrera's unique works of art.

This year's theme was the Bambu collection. The significance of the Bamboo plant is: a symbol of good luck. Its ability to yield to force without breaking, yet remain strong as steel is one of the most admirable characteristics...not unlike the attributes of a mother. Carrera y Carrera's goldsmith know-how is proven through the yellow gold Bambu collection that demonstrates the matte and polished qualities at their most beautiful.
